The services for A21 are only active for transits made until 30 November 2024. From 1 December 2024, the A21 motorway section will be operated by ITP
The transit certificate is issued in both manned and automated lanes. In both cases, it represents a receipt of payment, but is not valid for tax purposes. Invoices and cancellations of receipts issued by the stations of this Concessionaire may be requested from the following address:

If this is the first request to issue an invoice or cancellation of a toll non-payment report, users simply need to fill out a slip with the following data:
- name of the company or business name with residence or domicile of the user;
- tax code or VAT number;
- transit date, entry station, exit station, vehicle class, toll;
- the total amount of the tolls must be shown at the end.
When the first invoice is sent, the office in charge will provide the appropriate form to be filled in for subsequent requests. In any case, the forms for requesting invoices or cancellation of toll non-payment reports can be collected from SATAP S.p.A. Blue Points or downloaded from this page.
Invoice and cancellation requests must be accompanied by the original transit certificates (Decree of the Ministry for Finance 20/07/79) and signed for the necessary assumption of liability. It is extremely important for the transit certificates to be divided and calculated by road section.
