Customers may report any shortcomings noted in the management of the road infrastructure or the delivery of services to the Company, in the methods indicated below:

User Communication

The Company will respond to all motivated complaints within 10 date of registration of the customer correspondence.
If more time is required to verify the reported irregularity, the Company will notify the customer within the above-indicated time.

Accident information

Customers may need to obtain information and/or data on accidents occurring on the motorway, which they have been involved in.

Refunds

The Company refunds all tolls paid in excess after verifying the legitimacy of the relative claim submitted by the customer.
The refund times coincide with the time required to process the claim.
In the Eurozone, refunds are paid by bank transfer.
The refund service can be contacted in one of the following ways:
